Free Shipping

Any of our products that include free shipping exclude remote areas and regions. 

Duties/Taxes
All products will ship worldwide from Canada. Your shipping fee will be displayed in the checkout basket. Please note that the shipping fee does not include additional duties and taxes that may apply as per local laws of importation. 

For our international customers, please make yourself aware of the duties and taxes for your country. Our product is manufactured and distributed from Canada to reduce customs and duties rates through Canadian trade agreements and a Certificate of Origin will be provided with the product invoice. 

International Shipments

All international shipments (outside of Canada and the US) must notify the seller of their intent to place an international order. This notification should include the destination country and any special handling requirements.

WEEE Compliance
As part of our distributor take-back scheme, when you buy a replacement product, we'll take back your old one for recycling at no extra fee (excluding shipping).
